Meet Kira, a Counsellor on a mission to support people through their difficulties |
---|
Hi there, I’m Kira.
I’m here to help you if you’re finding life tough and feel like you need some support.
As a Counsellor, I offer you the space to talk through whatever is troubling you. I am here to listen and be alongside you as we work together to move you out of the stuck place you find yourself in.
I understand that thoughts and emotions can be confusing. Maybe you’re feeling:
Worried about things to the point where you can’t switch your mind off.
Really sad and you’re crying a lot of the time.
Thinking about things that have happened in the past and feeling really down.
As your Counsellor, I will meet you wherever you are and offer you reflections and insights that will support you to see yourself more clearly. Together, we will navigate your difficulties and discover paths that will lead you forwards.
